Welcome to Landmark Leads. By accessing or using our website (landmarkleads.co), services, or tools, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Landmark Leads, operated by Propamun S. de R.L., offers lead generation solutions for roofing businesses, including:

- AI Site Leads – identifying and capturing visitor data from your website

- AI Search Leads – discovering consumers actively searching for roofing services online

All services are provided under the plan and pricing structure agreed upon during signup or onboarding.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date business information

- Use the leads in compliance with all applicable laws, including consumer data and privacy regulations

- Not resell, share, or misuse leads provided by Landmark Leads

3. Lead Quality and Limitations

While we strive to deliver high-quality, exclusive leads:

- We do not guarantee that every lead will result in a sale or closed contract

- Results depend on your own follow-up process, sales systems, and business practices

Landmark Leads cannot be held liable for leads that do not convert.

4. Billing and Payments

- Monthly billing occurs automatically unless otherwise agreed

- All payments are processed securely and in advance of service delivery

- Refunds are only issued in rare cases of system malfunction or billing error

5. Data Protection and Confidentiality

We respect your business data.

- We do not share or resell your leads or personal information

- You agree to keep your account credentials secure and confidential

All data practices are in accordance with Mexican data protection law (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales).

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, processes, and software are the property of Propamun S. de R.L.

You may not:

- Copy, replicate, or modify our tools or systems

- Use our brand identity (name, logo, materials) without written permission

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- We are not responsible for lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect damages

- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in the prior month

- Use of our service is at your own risk

8. Termination of Service

Either party may cancel service with appropriate notice, depending on the plan:

- Upon cancellation, future lead delivery and platform access will stop

- You retain access to previously delivered leads

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, specifically under the jurisdiction of the state of Quintana Roo.

Any legal disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Mexican commercial law and through competent local courts.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of our service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
